Additionl Rules
4. No door camping**
A: No door camping and make claims that you are "raiding". If you are door camping with no raiding supplies, you are not raiding, you are just being a jerk.
5. Trap bases are NOT allowed**
A: You may have traps within your own base/external walls. Traps are not allowed to shoot outside of external walls. This includes turrets set to peacekeeper.
B: Do not place landmines and beartraps outside of your own base/external walls.
6. SAM Sites are allowed**
A: SAM Sites can only be placed at your base/compound.
B: If you place down a SAM Site, you must label it with a vending machine and broadcast the location on the map. (Ex: SAM Site! No Fly Zone)
C: SAM Site vending machines must be empty (RED) and away from any other vending machines so the marker shows on the map.
7.This is a NOOB server. People come here because they are learning how to play or just generally want to get away from the toxicity of other servers.**
A: NO slurs of any kind. (voice, general/team chat, signs, etc.)
B: Have respect for all players, if you are being toxic and we have proof you will be muted, kicked, or banned.
C: Walling off monuments is prohibited. We want everyone to be able to learn on this server so we want everything available to them to try.
D: TC griefing is not allowed.
E: You may build bridges in the water but they must have a pass through area for boats.
F: Players are not allowed to take over or give away bases. You may give away loot and let the base decay if you are quitting before wipe day.
Lock Class Rules
A. Raid classes are based on locks
B. Solo players use key locks
C. Teams use code locks
D. You may only raid bases that are in the same lock class as your are.
E. Once you have raided you can not change lock classes for any reason. All changes to lock class has to be approved by Admins first. Please put in a ticket on discord to get approval.
Team Size Limits
A: Max team size is 4. No exceptions!
B: Within each base/compound there can only be 4 players authorized on TC,
code locks and have bags in the base. If you are solo you must be keylock and cannot share keys and must be the only person authed on your TC. (Solos may be code lock at your own risk of being raided by a team. This does mean you can still only raid code locked bases.)
C: Allies must live at least one square away in all directions from each other. (That means to have a full grid square between the two bases.)
D: If you want to help someone on oil rig, cargo or any monument you must create a new team and there can only be 4 people in the team.
E: No tag teaming people on raids/counter raids.
Raiding:
Raiding
A: Do NOT raid within the first 48 hours of the wipe.
B: You are only allowed to raid with the team you base with.
C: A team may only raid other code locked bases. A solo can only raid other key lock bases.
D. Anyone can counter any raid. If a team counters a solo raid, they can’t continue the raid. If a solo counters a team raid they can’t continue the raid.
E: raiding is considered beginning if one or more of the following has occurred:
1. If a person hits the base with a weapon of any kind or places or hits it with an explosive.
2. If a person enters a base or compound unwelcome (this does not mean if you welcomed them there and then change your mind.)
3. You can consider it as an act of raiding if the player is on top of your base unwelcome.
G: You are fair game while in the raided base, while trying to leave the raided base, or immediate area with the loot. You are NOT safe until you are inside your own base.
I: Do not invite or allow your allies to "watch" your raids as an audience.
J: Player made boat are considered bases and follow lock class raid rules. If your boat is raided and it sinks but you think that the raid was not legal. You will need to tell us where your boat was to
we can look.
**3. While raiding is allowed on this server do not do the following:**
A: Locking players out of their base once the raid is over. (If you put down doors/locks unlock them once the raid is over.)
B: Do not take over bases.
C: Locking the TC. If you place a new TC leave it unlocked once the raid is over. Do not wall off a TC, this includes placing a TC outside the base and walling it off.
D: Foundation wiping. This means that if more then 1/4 of the base is gone you are foundation wiping. Admins make final call on this. Please always keep in mind this is a noob friendly server.
E: Walling off player's bags or leaving your own placed bag in the raided base.
F: If you build a raid base the base needs to be left to decay after the raid/transfer of loot. Meaning empty the TC so it will eventually decay.
G: Do not raid the same base within 48 hours of your last raid.
Noob Center and Stealing
9. Stealing
A: If someone catches you stealing THEIR things they or their teammate(s) are allowed to kill you. (Basically if you take something that is not yours and is already claimed/owned by another player that is stealing.)
B: If you are caught stealing, you are NOT allowed to shoot back at the person or team that you are stealing from. (This rule is in place to avoid people from baiting PvP situations.)
C: If you walk into someone's base or compound uninvited, again, they can kill you.
10. NoobTown/General
A. NoobTown is for SHOPS ONLY, no compounds or bases with shooting floors/heli towers are allowed because of the ally rule. You may build and live out of your shop.
B. Raiding admin built Noob Center is strictly prohibited.
C. ONLY Admins speak with authority, do not make claims for admins based on that authority. Basically do not speak for us, we will make the decisions on actions needed to be taken.
D. We understand this is Rust but it is a learning/chill server. BE NICE!
